Q. Can I play on a Mac System at My Poker Site?
A. The gaming software we use will not support Mac. However, virtual PC is available to emulate windows operating system so you may play.
Q. How do I get started playing at My Poker Site?
A. Click on any download button and our software will automatically prompt you through the installation process.
Q. Am I allowed to have more than one account?
A. Only one account per household or IP address and computer will be allowed.

Q. Who is allowed to play at My Poker Site?
A. Anyone who is 18 years or older is welcome to open an account.
Q. How do I go about setting up a play money account?
A. Go to the login - select Create New Account; follow the simple instructions.
Q. How many play money chips do I get?
A. When you sign up with a play money account you will automatically receive $10,000 in play money chips.
Q. What are your chat rules?
A. At My Poker Site we do not permit insulting, vulgar, abusive, or any type of racial language. My Poker Site has taken steps to block certain words that we consider inappropriate.
Q. How do I chat with other the other MPS players?
A. You do not need to be seated at the table but you must be logged in. Once you are at a table you will see a chat box, click on it and type your message.
Logging In
Q. Where and how do I login?
A.when you open the software, you will be prompted to input your username and password in the dialog box. If the login box does not appear, you can select “Login” in the menu under "My Account".
Q. What is my password and who else knows it?
A. Any password you create is your confidential code combining letters and numbers chosen by you for secure access to your poker account. Remember; your password is case sensitive and must be entered exactly the same way each time you login. It is your responsibility to keep your password private; My Poker Site will not supply anyone with your password.
Q. What happens if I have lost my password and cannot enter my account?
A.You can request your password to be sent to you via e-mail, use the option "I forgot my password", and it will be sent to you in a matter of only minutes.
Game Play FAQ
Q. What is an online Poker Room?
A. It is a poker software that allows you to play for real money or play money, your choice, against other "real live" players from around the world.
Q. What is a ring game and how does it differ from tournaments tables?
A. A single table non-tournament poker game, there is a minimum and maximum amount you may bring to the table with you dependant on the limits of the table. A player is free to play at their leisure, sit out or leave at anytime with no penalties or restrictions.
Q. How do I request my hand history if I’d like to?
A. Simply make your request in the poker software; it will be sent to you in minutes via the email listed on your account.
Q. The table I want is full but I still want to play; what do I need to do?
A. you may put your user name on the waiting list and as soon as a seat is available you will be invited to take a seat.
Q. I have run out of play money chips, what do I do to get more?
A. Go to the Cashier and request more play money chips.
Q. How do I tell how much is in the pot?
A. The amount that is in the pot is always listed below the table's pot.
Q. Where do I find rules and how games are played at My Poker Site?
A. We strongly recommend that any players read our house rules and game play rules.
Q. Can I sit at a table that has no other players?
A. Yes, you may and others may join as they wish.
Q. Where do I find a schedule of tournaments?
A.Simply click on our “Tournaments” link and you will be able to see all tournaments we offer.
Q. How do I register for a tourney?
A.it is depending on the tournament. If it requires a real money buy-in, all you have to do is "click" the register button from the tournament lobby; the buy-in and the tournament fee will be deducted from your real money balance. If the tournament is a private event you may contact support to see if you are eligible for access.
Q. What happens if I cannot play a tournament I have already paid for or qualified for?
A. If you have bought into a tournament with real money and are not able to play, you may un-register at any point up until five minutes prior to the starting time of the tournament. If this is a tournament you have qualified for from a previous tournament you may contact support to work out a time and tournament best for you to play.

Q. I want to play real money tables how do I make a deposit?
A. My Poker Site offers many different ways for you to make deposits. All of these can be found in the banking section of the My Poker Site website.
Q. How come my credit card won't go through?
A. You can contact our customer service by live chat assist you with this matter.
Q. Is it possible to use a credit card that isn't in my name?
A. At My Poker Site we cannot accept any third party deposits. These features are implemented to protect you and your credit card.
Q. Are play money tables free?
A. Yes, our poker software and the play money tables are completely free of charge.
Q. What is the minimum or maximum I can bring to a table?
A. Minimum buy-ins are typically 10x the lower limit of the table, and the maximum buy-ins are table specific but info can found when sitting at the table.
Security FAQ
Q. How is fraud and collusion handled?
A. My Poker Site has implemented state of the art methods to monitor the play at our tables, both real money and play money. Players who are suspected of colluding will have their accounts frozen until an investigation can be completed. Every hand played at My Poker Site is tracked and automatically analyzed in real time. Should our security staff find that players are partaking collusion; the player(s) involved will have their accounts banned immediately and permanently. My Poker Site will not tolerate fraud, collusion or cheating of any kind.
Q. How do I know my credit card is safe?
A. We guarantee the security and safety of all information during all transactions through 128 bit SSL encryption. My Poker Site engages in certain security processes to protect you. My Poker Site will never disclose any credit card information to any other company.
